Our story
Konfer was founded in Melbourne to give small and mid-sized Australian businesses access to the calibre of thinking usually reserved for enterprise. We saw too many good companies stuck between generic templates and eye-watering advisory fees — and built something different in between.
Today we work with founders, executive teams and operators across professional services, trades, health, retail and technology. Every engagement is led by senior consultants who have actually done the work — in industry, not just in a deck.
We're deliberately small. That's the point. It means the person you meet is the person doing the work, and every client gets our full attention.
